I grew in Port Orchard Washington were I attended South Kitsap High School and Olympic College in Bremerton. I started my road in becoming an engineer when I was 16. I took my first drafting class in high school and fell in love with the idea of turning nothing into something. While in high school, I became a Running Start student my junior year and received my associates in arts and science. Shortly after high school, I moved to Bellingham Washington to attend Western Washington University. When WWU engineer program went downhill, I transferred to Central Washington University to finish my bachelors in mechanical engineering technology.
I specialize in metal casting and energy systems. Although very different, both subjects are what I’m proficient at. I like the idea of transforming scrap metal into something useful and finding different ways energy can be harnessed or produced.
